Tuesday Folders  - To improve communication between school and home, each student will take home a folder every Tuesday. In this folder is: Information from school and  teachers about upcoming events, some of the student's work from the previous week and other important information. Some papers are to keep at home, some are papers to return to school on Wednesday. Most teams are requiring a parent's signature to confirm that the student has shown his folder to an adult.

Note: 7th Graders will discontinue this folder at semester so they can develop habits that  will prepare them for  Jr. High, however, parents are encouraged to ask their child for the information that will still be sent home with them. Students will still use their agendas to communicate what is going on in the classroom.

Study Hall during Enhancement - several days a week, students have the opportunity to do homework during their enhancement time before or after lunch.

Healthy Lifestyle Scholar's Camp

The after school camp includes various components that will challenge students in a fun way. Students will explore interests, develop questioning skills and take part in fitness activities. Our goal is to raise academic achievement while positively connecting students to our school. Students enrolled in this program participate in:

We will also have extracurricular representatives present to discuss ways for students to be involved in their school in a positive way. Finally, we will have financial planners from area banks as well as colleges to discuss opportunities for financial aid and financial planning for college. We hope to see you there!
